The 2012-2013 NFL schedule will be released today at 7pm ET/4pm PT. The defending champ NY Giants will be opening the season on a Wednesday night due to conflicts with President Obama's speech at the Democratic National Convention.

Sorry, I didn't have a chance to comment on the NFL schedules but look for analysis soon, including why the Saints will be this year's Eagles team and disappoint everyone.
ReplyDeleteThe 1st comment I have about the NFL schedule is that many people are touting the Chicago Bears as one of the top teams in the NFC and I don't understand why. They were a mere 8-8 last season and I know Forte ended up injured but he wasn't injured until later in the season and his contract situation still isn't to his liking. I think this will be a huge distraction this season as opposed to last when he attempted to play and give 100% without complaining. Different story this time around now that he has seen how quickly his career can come to a halt.
ReplyDeleteThey had some pretty bad losses last year and I think they took a step back on defense as well. Adding a WR that has character issues on and off the field won't help.
